Ok, who turned the Lights Out?

What happened? One day it was March 5 and the next it is March 12. Pinch me ... I must be dreaming. Preparations for Reno are nearing completion. Only the ride to and from the train station is left to be done. That should be settled by tomorrow. This past week has been pretty much a blur with the transmitter build out and all the preparations for the trip.

Work: Would someone tell all the computer experts how to use the ON/OFF button. Three times last week I got panic calls that the computer was broke and all they needed was to have the ON button pushed. Idiots can be the only explanation. I considered maybe they were lazy but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This week we will “smoke-test” the transmitter. Today we started all the wiring needed for this stuff to run. On recollection, maybe I have a magic finger!

Bowling was called off for some tournament. Next week is the final week for the kid’s league. The night team is hanging onto 4th place.

Wild-Mom is safe in Virginia. Her and bubbles arrived Saturday Night by the Davis Taxi service. Trouble is the meter was broke and I got no money for the ride. She did manage to get breakfast at the Apple Barn in Pidgeon Forge, Tn. Bubbles did not enjoy the ride too much but made the trip unharmed.

Lady is happy for her new ring arrived and she is flashing it all over the place. She is getting anxious to see #1. The Reno part is just a side trip as long as she sees him.

#1 has been silent. Perhaps he is starving and cannot talk.

#2 shows no change. The jobs manage to elude him despite his best effort to catch one. Still no license yet but the odds for which comes first, a job or the license is at 8:1 for license.

Starr continues to train completing her Haz Mat course. She brought hubby’s car home and during her first driving experience with it she managed to get a flat tire. You really have to watch that air for it will slip out and blow away before you know it. Perhaps next time she can use it as a chance to practice CPR and buddy breathing. NO! I did not call her a windbag. She dragged more stuff back to the house when she emptied out the storage shed in South Boston. The new job is going fine and she managed to survive the first week. Correction, the Boss managed to survive.

Princess is learning a lot about motherhood as she deals with Booger. She will soon qualify as a “Super Duper Pooper Scooper” since the puppy has an active rear end. I have never heard her say “no” so many times in one day. I hope she remembers that when the “boy friends” start hanging around the house. She managed to squeeze in some station time. Now she flashes her CPR card. Some how she managed to wash her car while washing the Fire Truck. Sounds like a lot of overspray! Now I must remind her that bikini tops are not part of the official fire station attire, even while washing the truck.

Lew was a handful but also a joy and a bundle of laughs. He told us all about his sister “Reni” (Serenity). He would go up to mom and listen and even to say goodbye when they left. He decided to use my electric razor to trim his hair. Good thing I got there when I did and salvaged something or he would look like me.

Mormonville is preparing for the Wild Mom invasion. What will the LDS church do after she arrives?
